These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by MS Digital Innovations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide web design and development, e-commerce development, CRM development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement will be set out in a separate written quote or agreement before work begins.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed for us to complete your project, and to ensure any materials you provide (text, images, brand assets) do not infringe on third-party rights.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you, excluding any third-party tools, frameworks, licensed assets, or our own pre-existing tools and code libraries used in the build, which remain our property or that of their respective owners.
Each project includes a defined revision and support window as specified in your project agreement. Work requested outside that window may be billed separately.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Digital Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
This website and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
